Abstract
The present application relates to building materials for prefabricated components, and more particularly to a sleeve grouting material for prefabricated components and a preparation method thereof. The grouting material is made by mixing a sleeve grout dry powder, water and a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, where the dry powder is composed of 70-100 parts by weight of cement, 75-100 parts by weight of mixed sand, 20-30 parts by weight of glass powder, 1-3 parts by weight of an expanding agent, 1-3 parts by weight of a thickener and 1-3 parts by weight of a toughening agent. A weight ratio of the dry powder to water is 1:0.1-0.15. The polycarboxylate superplasticizer is a comprehensive shrinkage-reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer; and the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is 2%-3% by weight of the sleeve grouting material and has a defoaming effect and low hydration heat. The comprehensive shrinkage-reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer used herein can effectively reduce the influence of air bubbles during the use, reduce the hydration heat of cement and reduce the shrinkage of the grouting material in prefabricated components, facilitating the large-scale promotion of prefabricated components.
