Abstract
The present invention discloses a high-temperature and high-pressure denitration heat recovery steam generator matched with a catalytic cracking unit, including: a first flue (3), a second flue (6), a third flue (13) and a fourth flue (15). The top ends of the first flue (3) and the second flue (6) are connected by a horizontal flue (4). The lower ends of the second flue (6) and the third flue (13) are connected. The upper ends of the third flue (13) and the fourth flue (15) are connected. The lower end of the first flue (3) is connected to an inlet flue (1). The first flue (3) above the inlet flue (1) contains a burner (2). A front evaporator (5) is provided in the horizontal flue (4). The second flue (6) contains a high-pressure superheater, a medium-pressure superheater, and an evaporator (9). The fourth flue (15) contains a denitration device and a high-pressure economizer. The fourth flue (15) is connected to an outlet flue (18). An outer top of the horizontal flue (4) is provided with a steam drum (19). A portion of the second flue (6) between the medium-pressure superheater and the evaporator (9) is connected to a bypass flue (11) of a bypass valve (10). The bypass flue (11) is connected to the third flue (13). The present invention has the following advantages: the denitration efficiency is high and the height of the whole steam generator is lower.
