Abstract
The present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for physical deacidification and deodorization of high acid-value thermolabile oils and fats, wherein, physical deacidification and deodorization procedures of oil and fat are separated from each other; the deacidification is executed at a higher temperature for a shorter time, while the deodorization is executed at a lower temperature for a longer time; the deacidification and deodorization procedures are executed in alternate in an internal circulation mode, till the acid value of the oil and fat meets the standard. In the apparatus, the feed pipe of a deacidification tower (3) is provided with a heater (1) connected to a cold oil outlet of a heat exchanger (2), and the discharge pipe of a deacidification tower (3) is connected to a hot oil inlet of the heat exchanger (2) via a circulation valve (6); the feed pipe of the deodorization tank (10) is provided with a heat radiator (12) connected to a hot oil outlet of the heat exchanger (2), and the discharge pipe of the deodorization tank (10) is connected to a cold oil inlet of the heat exchanger (2). With the method and apparatus provided in the present invention, the content of isomerized fatty acids in the thermolabile oil and fat can be controlled to be equal to or lower than 0.3g/100g. The method and apparatus attain a good refining effect, reduce energy consumption and production cost, support production in a small batch, and are especially suitable for physical refining of small varieties of high acid-value thermolabile oils and fats.
