Abstract
There is provided a labor management system which can display a maldistribution status of employees in a manner allowing comparison between a plurality of workplaces with regard to working hours and working days so that factors degrading service or decreasing productivity can be specified.Working days and working hours of employees within a predetermined period are calculated from input data specifying workplaces, employees, attributes, and attendance/leaving (3, 111); constraints of working days and working hours determined by laws or regulations are designated as parameters; and a data table including a plurality of domains formed with a plurality of functions is set as boundaries, the functions having as variables working days and working hours within \the predetermined period corresponding to the respective parameters (112, T); The respective domains from the data table is read and a number of employees in respective workplaces belonging to the read domains is counted, on the basis of the calculated working days and working hours of respective employees (114); a distribution rate of the numbers of employees in respective domains for each of the workplaces is computed (114); and patterns of a maldistribution status to be a criterion of evaluation are set from the distribution rate of the numbers of employees belonging to a range of each of the domains or a range of a combination of a plurality of domains (113, E). The patterns corresponding to respective workplaces are specified based on the computed distribution rate; a distribution rate of the respective patterns of the plurality of workplaces is computed (115); and evaluation result data is generated which associates the patterns with the number of workplaces and the distribution rate of the patterns (115).
