Abstract
A copper alloy seamless tube is obtained by working a copper alloy that includes one or more elements among Sn, Zn, and Al, and 0.01 to 0.08 mass% of Zr, with the balance being Cu and unavoidable impurities, the copper alloy having an Sn content, a Zn content, an Al content, and a Zr content that satisfy the expression (1): 0.4:::;A+2B:::;0.85 (where, Ais the total content (mass%) of Sn, Zn, and Al, and Bis the Zr content (mass%)), the copper alloy seamless tube having an average grain size of 30 ?m or less, and the number of Zr precipitates having a size of 0.5 to 80 nm being 10 to 600 per square micrometer of the copper alloy seamless tube. The copper alloy seamless tube exhibits high strength, and shows only a small decrease in strength due to brazing. Fig. 1
