Abstract
A location identification unit (7) calculates a location indicated by a weighted average of an estimated location and a beacon location, as a location of the device itself. Thereby, it is possible to reduce errors due to a range of caiTier wave emission performed by the beacon, and to identify a location where the device itself is present.
