Abstract

POWER GENERATION DEVICE Provided is a power generation device having a high rotation efficiency. Power generation device (1) includes: fixed shaft (20) having fixed shaft gear (21) on the peripheral surface thereof; first planetary gear (31a) and second planetary gear (31b) connected to fixed shaft gear (21) via respective idle gears (50a, 50b) and revolving around fixed shaft (20); first half-turn blade rotating shaft (32a) fixed to first planetary gear (31a); second half-turn blade rotating shaft (32b) fixed to second planetary gear (31b); first half-turn blade (30a) and second half-turn blade (30b) fixed to respective first half-turn blade rotating shaft (32a) and second half-turn blade rotating shaft (32b); and blade revolving gear (40) to which first half-turn blade rotating shaft (32a) and second half-turn blade rotating shaft (32b) are each slidably connected and which rotates on fixed shaft (20). Power generation device 1 further includes: rotatable output gear (60) directly or indirectly engaged to blade revolving gear (40); and energy conversion device (70) for generating power by the rotation of output gear (60).
