Abstract
The present invention relates to a nonmetallic pipeline for conveying fluid medium, in particular a non-adhesive type pultruded composite pipe. The non-adhesive type pultruded composite pipe is provided with an inner lining layer (1) that is formed by extruding a high polymer. On the inner lining layer (1), there is provided a hoop layer (2) that is formed by directly winding and curing a resin and high strength fibers outside the inner lining layer (1). On the hoop layer (2), there is provided a frame layer (3) that is formed by directly winding a pultruded composite strip of resin and high strength fibers at an angle of 30°~70°to the axial direction. Outside the frame layer (3), there is an antiwear layer (4) that is formed by winding a tensile water cloth outside the frame layer (3)at an angle of 70°~85° to the axial direction. Outside the antiwear layer (4), there is an anti-tensile armoring layer (5) that is formed by directly winding a pultruded tape of resin and high strength fibers at an angle to the axial direction. On the anti-tensile armoring layer (5), there is provided an outer protective layer (6) that is formed by winding a composite tape which is made by extruding an aging resistant high polymer. The present invention has a simple structure, a reasonable design, low cost, easy to manufacture, high compressive and tensile strength, good properties of corrosion resistance and bending resistance, convenient to transport and easy to use, and a long life. Since a relative movement can be realized between layers, the length of a product can reach 2 kilometers, and the continuous laying between long distances can be realized, thus reducing connection between the pipes.
