A MOP INCLUDES A HANDLE (1) COMPRISING A PLASTIC END JOINT (2) COMPRISING A DOWNWARD PROTRUSION (222) AND TWO SHOULDERS (223); A ROTATABLE COVER (4) COMPRISING AN ANNULAR TROUGH (45), A CENTRAL HOLE (41), AND BOTTOM LATCHES (44); A HINGE (3) COMPRISING A DISC (35), A YOKE (33), AND A CIRCULAR PLATE (34) HAVING SLITS (341) WHEREIN THE YOKE (33) PASSES THE HOLE (41) TO PIVOTABLY SECURE TO THE JOINT (2) WITH THE LATCHES (44) CONTACTING THE DISC (35) AND INSERTING THROUGH THE SLITS (341) TO SECURE THE PLATE (34), THE DISC (35), AND THE COVER (4) TOGETHER, AND THE JOINT (2) BEING DISPOSED IN A CHANNEL (31); AND A STRAND MOUNTING ASSEMBLY (5) COMPRISING ARCUATE SECTIONS (511) EACH COMPRISING TWO CROSS-SHAPED APERTURES (52) EACH HAVING FOUR PROTUBERANCE (521), AND SETS OF STRANDS (54) HAVING ENDS FASTENED IN THE ARCUATE SECTION (511) AFTER INSERTING THROUGH THE APERTURE (52).
