A HOT ROLLED STEEL SHEET CONTAINS, ON A PERCENT BY MASS BASIS, 0.03% TO 0.07% OF C, 0.1% OR LESS OF SI, 0.05% TO 0.5% OF MN, 0.03% OR LESS OF P, 0.03% OR LESS OF S, 0.02% TO 0.1% OF SO1. AL, 0.005% OR LESS OF N, LESS THAN 0.005% OF NB+TI, 0.0003% TO 0.0020% OF B, AND THE BALANCE BEING FE AND INEVITABLE IMPURITIES. IN THIS STEEL SHEET, THE AVERAGE CRYSTAL GRAIN DIAMETER IS IN A RANGE OF 12 TO 25 µM, AND ??R??0.25 AND AI?20 MPA HOLD.
