Abstract
THE TOP-OZONE MULTI-FUNCTIONAL OZONE FOOD STERILIZER (70) COMPRISES A SPECIAL DESIGNED AND CUSTOMIZED STAINLESS STEEL CHAMBER (71) WHICH CONSISTS OF TWO (2) SPECIAL MADE 185NM ULTRA VIOLET (UV) TUBES RAYS WHICH WILL SPLIT THE OXYGEN (O2) MOLECULES THAT PASSES THROUGH INTO ATOMIC OXYGEN (O1) WHICH LATER COMBINES WITH OTHER OXYGEN (O2) TO FORM OZONE (O3) (76). THE OZONE (O3) PRODUCED IS THEN TRANSFERRED THROUGH THE SILICONE TUBE AND AIR STONE WHERE IT IS BEING PUMPED INTO THE WATER IN A CONTAINER (75) FOR FOOD STERILIZATION, DISINFECTIONS AND SANITIZATION PURPOSES (75). OZONE (O3) BEING AN EFFECTIVE DECOMPOSER AND OXIDIZER WHEN APPLIED IN WATER; WILL REACT QUICKLY WITH ANY CHEMICAL COMPOUND, BACTERIA AND VIRUSES IN CONTACT AND LEAVING ONLY OXYGEN (O2) AFTER THE DECOMPOSITION AND OXIDATION PROCESS (76). THIS IS A CHEMICAL-FREE PROCESS WHERE THE INVENTION APPLIES ONLY OXYGEN (O2) AND ENVIRONMENTAL-FRIENDLY, AS THE PROCESS LEAVES NO OTHER BYPRODUCTS BUT ONLY OXYGEN (O2).THIS PROCESS CAN BE EFFECTIVELY APPLIED ONTO FOOD STERILIZATION,DISINFECTIONS AND SANITIZATION BY IMMERSING ANY FOOD INTO A CONTAINER FILLED WITH WATER TO REMOVE ANY CHEMICAL POLLUTION AND BACTERIA CONTAMINATION ON FOOD BEFORE COOKING OR EATING (75). THIS WILL PRODUCE A CLEANER, SAFER AND HEALTHIER FOOD CONSUMPTION (75) TO AVOID LONG-TERM FOOD POLLUTION RELATED CHRONIC AND DEGENERATIVE DISEASES FOR THE BENEFITS OF THE CONSUMERS.(FIG 1,6)
