A CONVENTIONAL BLOWER AND FAN OF TRANSVERSAL FLOW FAN TYPE ACCOMPANIED BY HIGH NOISE, AND CANNOT SUPPLY HIGH AIR CAPACITY OF WIND TO A DISTANT PLACE, WHILE A CONVENTIONAL BLOWER AND FAN OF PROPELLER FAN TYPE HAS THE SAME DIRECTION IN SUCKING AND BLOWING OFF AIR, SO THAT IT REQUIRES AN EXTRA SPACE FOR SUCKING AIR. IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES, A FLOW IN THE AXIAL DIRECTION IS CHANGED INTO DIAMETRICAL DIRECTION BY MEANS OF A PROPELLER FAN (2) INTO WHICH A CENTRIFUGAL DIFFUSER AIR DUCT (9) IS BUILT, AND A WIND DIRECTION IS CONCENTRATED BY A SEMICIRCULAR FAN CASING (16) AND A DIFFUSER BACK AIR DUCT (10) WITHOUT REDUCING AIR CAPACITY AND WIND VELOCITY, WHEREBY WIND CAN BE SUPPLIED TO A DISTANT PLACE WITH HIGH AIR CAPACITY AND LOW NOISE IN THE PRESENT INVENTION.(FIG 1)
