WHEN THE STEERING COLUMN (1) MOVES, THE CABLE BRACKET (21) IS LEFT IN THE VEHICLE BODY SIDE WITH THE LOWER BRACKET (12) TO AVOID AN INTERFERENCE BETWEEN THE CABLE BRACKET (21) AND PARTS AND MEMBERS ON THE PERIPHERY OF THE STEERING COLUMN (1).FIGURE 1
