THE COVER (25) FOR COVERING THE CUT-OUT PORTION IS ARRANGED. THE LOCKING MEMBER (22A) HAVING THE ARM PORTION (22E) EXTENDING FROM THE INSIDE OF THE COVER (25) TO THE OUTSIDE AND ALSO HAVING THE ENGAGING PORTION (22F) FOR PREVENTING THE EXTERNAL CONNECTOR FROM BEING DISCONNECTED FROM THE CONNECTOR (24) IS PROVIDED AS A SEPARATE MEMBER FROM THE CONNECTOR SECTION (6). THIS LOCKING MEMBER (22A) IS COMPOSED IN SUCH A MANNER THAT THE ARM PORTION (22E) IS BENT SO AS TO ALLOW THE EXTERNAL CONNECTOR TO BE CONNECTED WITH THE CONNECTOR (24) AND THAT THE BEND OF THE ARM PORTION (22E) IS RESTORED AFTER THE EXTERNAL CONNECTOR HAS BEEN CONNECTED WITH THE CONNECTOR (24) SO THAT THE EXTERNAL CONNECTOR CAN BE PREVENTED FROM BEING DISCONNECTED.
