Abstract

ACCORDING TO THE CONVENTIONAL BINDER REMOVAL METHOD, PRODUCTIVITY PER UNIT SCALE AND UNIT TIME IS LOW, AND PRODUCT DEFECTS ARE CAUSED TO OCCUR DUE TO OXIDATION AND DECOMPOSITION OF ORGANIC BINDER OR OXIDATION AND EXPANSION OF METAL POWDER. THE INVENTION IS INTENDED TO REMOVE THE ORGANIC BINDER FROM A CERAMIC MOLDING COMPOSED OF CERAMIC POWDER, METAL POWDER AS INEER ELECTRODES, AND THE ORGANIC BINDER BY THE STEPS OF: HEATING A INERT GAS OF PARTIAL OXYGEN PRESSURE LOWER THAN THE DISSOCIATION PRESSURE OF METAL POWDER OF INNER ELECTRODES IN THE CERAMIC MOLDING TO A SPECIFIC TEMPERATURE; AND BLOWING THIS GAS INTO CONTAINERS FOR THE CERAMIC MOLDINGS FROM ONE DIRECTION AND EXHAUSTING THE SAME GAS OUTWARDLY WITHOUT RECIRCULATING, WHILE SETTING THE FLOW RATE OF THE INERT GAS AS CORRESPONDING TO THE GAS VOLUME PER MINUTE AT N.T.P WHICH IS EQUAL TO OR MORE THAN THE TOTAL SPACE VOLUME OF THE CONTAINERS FOR THE CERAMIC MOLDINGS.(FIG. 1)
