TWO GENERALLY PARALLEL SPACED MAIN GIRDERS (50) ARE EMPLOYED TO SPAN THE TWO SLEEPER MEANS (10), THEIR LENGTHWISE DIRECTION BEING CONSIDERED AS THE TRANSVERSE DIRECTION OF THE APPARATUS. TWO GENERALLY PARALLEL SPACED UPPERMOST LOAD PLATFORM (20), DISPOSED IN A LONGITUDINAL DIRECTION OF THE APPARATUS , COVER PARTIAL PORTIONS OF THE MAIN GIRDERS (50) . AN INTERMEDIATE ROLLER ASSEMBLY (30) IS SLIDABLY SANDWICHED BETWEEN A LOAD PLATFORM (20) AND A MAIN GIRDER (50). THERE ARE TWO ROLLER ASSEMBLIES (30) ON EACH MAIN GIRDER (50).ONE UPRIGHT EXPANDABLE HYDRAULIC JACK STABILISER MEANS (90) IS PROVIDED AT EACH END OF THE MAIN GIRDER (50) .TWO HYDRAULIC JACK STBILISER MEANS (90) SIT ON EACH BOX SLEEPER MEANS (10). TWO UPRIGHT RIGIT STANDS (60) OF PRE-DETERMINED LENGHT ARE FURTHER PROVIDED TO SUPPORT THE LOAD PLATFORM (20). THE BASE OF THE RIGID STAND (60) IS ADAPTED WITH AN ELONGATED FLAT MEMBER (61) TO DISTRIBUTE THE WEIGHT OF THE APPARATUS, WHEN THE APPARATUS IS CARRIED BY THE RIGID STANDS (60) .A MOVEMENT IN THE LONGITUDINAL DIRECTION OF THE APPARATUS IS ACHIEVED BY MOVING THE TRANSPORTER ALONG THE BOX SLEEPER MEANS (10) . A MOVEMENT IN THE TRANSVERSE DIRECTION OF THE APPARATUS IS ACHIVED BY MOVING THE LOAD PLATFORMS (20) ALONG THE MAIN GIRDERS (50). THE STEPWISE MOVEMENT IS ACHIEVED THROUGH A SEQUENCE OF LIFTING, SLIDING AND LOWERING OPERATIONS OF VARIOUS COMPONENTS OF THE APPARATUS.(FIGURE 1C)
