RECORDER AND/OR REPLAY SET FOR SIGNALS OF DIFFERENT DIGITAL SOURCES. IN WELL- KNOWN RECORDERS AND/OR REPLAY SETS THE SIGNALS OF AVAILABLE SIGNAL SOURCES ARE SELECTED BY A MANUALLY OPERATED SWITCH. THE OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION IS TO MAKE THE SELECTION OF THE SIGNAL SOURCE POSSIBLE WITHOUT OPERATING A SELECTOR SWITCH. A PRIORITY STORED IN A MICROPROCESSOR (8) IS USED FOR THE SELECTION OF THE SIGNAL SOURCE FOR FURTHER SIGNAL PROCESSING, WHICH IS THE FIRST TO GENERATE A FEATURE IN THE DETECTOR UNIT (7), AS DEFINED BY THE MICROPROCESSOR.
