CONSTITUTION:A frame pule is detected from synchronizing signals at a frame pulse detecting circuit 2 and the pulse is supplied to an operator 3, and then, data regarding time codes are outputted from the operator 3. These data are directly supplied to an encoder 5 for the VITC time code signal through a buffer memory 4. On the other hand, the data are also supplied to an encoder 7 for the SMPTE time code signal through the memory 4 and a latch 6, and a timing signal is decided by adding the timing of data transmission of the operator 3 to a timing circuit 8. Then, the address of a address switch 12 is designated by a horizontal synchronizing pulse from a synchronizing pulse detecting circuit 13, and the memory 4 is commonly used under a time divided condition, and thus, the configuration of the equipment is simplified.
