Abstract

Un sistema de sellado que incluye un armazon, un nucleo de ferrita ubicado dentro del armazon; y una bobina de alambre litz ubicada en forma proxima al nucleo de ferrita para producir un campo electromagnetico dentro del nucleo de ferrita, en donde el nucleo de ferrita y la bobina de alambre litz estan adaptados para dirigir el campo electromagnetico hacia una lamina delgada o foil para sellar la abertura de un envase con la lamina delgada o foil. La cabeza selladora es enfriada con aire dentro de la unidad de sellado por induccion.
