Abstract

Se describe un metodo para el centrado de partes semi-terminadas (2) las cuales estan por someterse a maquinado mecanico, que comprende las etapas de preparar un dispositivo de centrado (1) que comprende tres elementos de centrado separados angularmente en una inclinacion regular, capaces de ponerse en contacto con la parte (2) semi-terminada para moverse en una posicion centrada, cada uno de los elementos de centrado se mueven a lo largo de la direccion radial predeterminada (Y), las direcciones radiales se interceptan en el eje geometrico del centrado de la parte. El metodo ademas hace la provision para las etapas de mover cada elemento de centrado a lo largo de la direccion radial (Y) correspondiente, con movimiento controlado e independiente de cada unidad de centro en relacion entre si, a traves de medios de impulsion (15) respectivos asociados con los medios respectivos de transmision de movimiento (16, 17) capaces de convertir el movimiento giratorio de cada medio de impulsion en el movimiento de translacion del elemento de centrado correspondiente, y de ajustar la posicion de cada unidad de centrado en funcion de la torsion desarrollada por los medios respectivos de impulsion (15), hasta que una condicion de centrado sea alcanzada en la cual todas las fueras de torsion desarrolladas por los medios de manejo de los elementos de centrado correspondientes son mayores que o iguales al valor de umbral predeterminado indicando que la posicion de centrado deseada de la parte (2) en relacion al eje geometrico del dispositivo de centrado ha sido alcanzada. Un dispositivo de centrado que opera de acuerdo al metodo mencionado anteriormente tambien es descrito.
