Abstract

The present invention relates to a means of retention for the pourer (7) of a non-refillable cap, of the caps which incorporate a valve and possibly means of inhibiting violation or of providing evidence of opening. This means of retention consists of a deformable ring present on an internal step (2) of the cap intended to receive the teeth (7.1.1) of the pourer (7) remaining immobilized in the event of turning one with respect to the other.

Description

SO.
The skirt has vertical internal projections that stop in other external projections of the bottle so that the skirt is retained against the rotation with respect to the bottle.
This type of retention is impor since the opening of the plug requires the application of a pair or tightening or for the opening that must be absorbed by the different elements of retention or mutual support.
Considering the fixed skirt with respect to the bottle, the landfill must be fixed either against the bottle or against the skirt.
Since it is not advisable to include more support protrusions on the bottle, the solution usually considered is the incorporation of retention means between the skirt and the spillway based on the use of teeth on both sides that immobilize them with respect to the relative rotation.
Spanish Patent ES2113051 is known in which a landfill is shown which has on its lower edge teeth which are intended to engage or engage on a plurality of equidistributed teeth located in an internal step skirt of the stopper.
This solution is not optimal since the landfill manufacturing process requires the use of molds with lateral and opposite outlet. This movement of the mold requires that the teeth can only be either in positions that correspond to the joint between molds or in the intermediate part but with orientation parallel to the exit of the molds. This restriction requires that the use of a large number of teeth is not possible and that its orientation, except those corresponding to the four quadrants, is not radial and therefore the grip with the teeth of the skirt is not optimal.
The present invention considers an optimal gripping solution for this type of landfill and others that have a greater number of teeth.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention consists in retaining means between the main body of the cap and the weir. The type of plug considered must have a skirt with retention on the bottle; however, the present invention is applicable to plugs with or without evidence of opening means such as breakable rings as these modify the configuration out of the position of the retention points between the dump and the plug.
The invention consists in the incorporation of a step between the internal wall of the cap and the skirt, a step having a pointed projection and projected downwards.
Since the section is reduced and its section is pointed, the material is easily deformable by the pressure of a tooth from the weir.
During the application of the cap, the chassis and the core of the valve closed by the spillway are initially placed on the bottle. The latter leaves on the edge of the bottle the perimeter edge with the teeth projecting upwards and located adjacent to the wall of the same weir.
The cap presses in until the longitudinal projections of the skirt hold it against the rotation. The descent ends when the annular projection of the inner step of the plug rests against the teeth of the weir, deforming and leaving the teeth stuck.
Since the fixing process is produced by the plastic deformation of the protruding ring, it is all the teeth of the weir that offer resise to the rotation and in an optimal way because it is not impor that the teeth are not all projected radially to the landfill.
This type of union therefore manages to optimize the mutual retention against the rotation of the cap and the landfill.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The present specification is complemented with a set of drawings, illustrative of the preferred example and never limiting the invention.
Figure 1 shows an embodiment of the invention consisting of a non-refillable cap body from which neither the bottle nor the weir is shown, including a detail of the section of the annular protrusion.
Figure 2 is a view of the landfill, including a schematic of the valve core and the bottle on which it is incorporated.
DETAILED SPOSITION OF A REALIZATION MODE Figure 1 represents an embodiment of the invention in which a non-refillable cap without breakable ring has been chosen, although its presence would not modify the invention.
The cap comprises a lower skirt (1) with vertical extensions (1.1) for retention against rotation when they rest on some projections (4.1) outside the bottle (4). In addition to these. Vertical extensions has a perimeter axial retention ring (1.2).
It is on the bottle (4) where, as shown in Figure 2, the chassis (5) and core (6) of the valve are placed, all closed by the spillway (7). In turn, on the skirt (1) is the upper body (3) separable at the time of the first opening by a breakable bridge (3.1) or weakening line.

Claims (3)

Just below the weakening line (3.1) is located, internally arranged, a step (2) that coincides with the step that defines a perimeter edge (7.1) of the landfill (7). It is on the perimeter edge (7.1) of the spillway (7) where the teeth (7.1.1) of retention of the body of the cap are located, and they do so by nailing and deforming an annular projection (2.1) located on the step (2) and projected below. In this embodiment, the annular projection presents the flank facing the internal wall of the skirt (1) oblique so as to leave a gap or open channel that allows during deformation the material expelled by the tooth (7.1.1) have space and do not prevent the correct entry. The essentiality of this invention does not alter variations in materials, form, size and arrangement of the component elements, described in a limitative manner, sufficient for its reproduction by an expert. CLAIMS
1. - Retention means of a non-refillable cap, non-refillable caps that have a cap and a non-refillable weir, where the cap has a skirt (1) lower and upper body (3) joined by separable means (3.1 ) characterized in that the non-refillable landfill comprises: - A body (5) - A core (6) housed in the body (5) - And the landfill itself (7) Having the landfill (7), an edge (7.1) perimeter which has a series of emergent teeth (7.1.1) and where the lower skirt (1) of the plug has a step (2) on its upper part that has a perimeter protection ring (2.1) that define a channel where teeth (7.1.1) are locked.
2. - Retention means of the landfill of an irrefillable plug according to claim 1, characterized in that the deformable internal circumferential ring (2.1) has its increased section.
3. - Means for retention of the landfill of a non-refillable plug according to claim 1, characterized in that the perimeter protection ring (2.1) has its internal face facing the internal wall of the oblique skirt (1) giving rise to an open channel.
