Abstract
Un proceso para la fermentacion para la produccion de un compuesto deseado (tal como natamicina) que comprende cultivar una cepa de bacterias filamentosas en un medio de fermentacion liquido, donde se mantienen los nutrientes que contienen carbono y los nutrientes que contienen nitrogeno a concentraciones reducidas en el medio de fermentacion.
