Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a la reconfiguracion de secciones bobinadas de estator de cada fase de un motor polifasico, controladas por intervalos sucesivos de velocidad durante los cuales el motor se puede esperar que opere para obtener eficiencia de operacion optima a traves de los intervalos de operacion completos. Todas las secciones bobinadas para un elemento estator son energizadas a traves del intervalo de velocidad de operacion del motor, pero conectadas a traves de interruptores apropiados en diferentes configuraciones de circuito para porciones respectivas del intervalo de velocidad. Los interruptores son activados por un controlador en respuesta a una senal de velocidad de motor detectada. La reconfiguracion de las secciones bobinadas del estator puede ser incorporada dentro de un sistema de control de motor que es adaptivo para controlar varios parametros de motor en respuesta a condiciones detectadas, asi como tambien como comandos de entrada de usuario.
