Abstract

Se describen los sistemas y tecnicas para aplicar un campo electromagnetico al tejido corporal, que incluye un dispositivo generador de campo electromagnetico, auto-contenido y portatil, colocado sobre una superficie del tejido corporal, tal que los campos electromagneticos radiados chocan sobre el tejido corporal. El dispositivo incluye un generador de campo electromagnetico, el cual esta acoplado a una antena que esta acomodada para radiar el campo electromagnetico. Una fuente de energia es acoplada al generador para proporcionar la energia para el dispositivo, y un activador es utilizado para iniciar la radiacion del campo electromagnetico. Se describen tambien los metodos para inducir la corriente electrica en los tejidos corporales y tratar trastornos, tales como trastornos relacionados al dolor.
