Abstract
Un aparato y un metodo para obtener una medicion de diversas cualidades de una celda electroquimica (12). El aparato incluye un primer (9) y un segundo (10) electrodos y una fuente de excitacion (8) para proporcionar un voltaje de excitacion variante con el tiempo al primer electrodo (9). El voltaje de excitacion (8) se conmuta entre dos niveles de voltaje con el primero y segundo voltajes aplicados alternativamente al primer electrodo durante tiempos predeterminados. Una capacitancia externa (Csalida) se conecta entre el segundo electrodo (10) y la tierra. El aparato es capaz de determinar las razones relacionadas con el tiempo en las que se transfiere la carga electrica desde el primer electrodo (9) para cargar la capacitancia externa (Csalida).
