Abstract

Un proceso en el cual un material hidrocarbonado de alta viscosidad es alimentado a un gasificador para conversion a gas sintesis. La carga de alimentacion, el oxigeno, el vapor, y el agua del sistema de gasificacion reciclada son alimentados todos en el gasificador a traves de un inyector de alimentacion de cuatro corrientes (2), el cual incluye un conducto cilindrico central (4) y un segundo (6), tercero (8) y exterior (10) conductos cilindricos radialmente espaciados uno con respecto a otro. Este arreglo proporciona pasajes anulares concentricos coaxiales anulares, central (12), primero (14), segundo (16) y exterior (18). Los extremos corriente arriba de cada conducto tienen una boquilla de entrada con bridas (20) para la introduccion del material. La carga de alimentacion en este diseno esta intercalada entre dos corrientes de oxigeno de tal manera de proporcionar una mejor conversion para la alimentacion excepcionalmente pesada. La corriente adicional bajo la disposicion central (12) del inyector de alimentacion (2) proporciona la siguiente trayectoria para el agua reciclada.
