Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un metodo para controlar el contenido de minerales que flotan de manera natural en la alimentacion de un circuito de flotacion de una planta de concentracion que procesa minerales valiosos, tales como minerales que contienen metales precisos, o minerales que contienen cobre, niquel y cinc. Despues de la molienda, se lleva a cabo una flotacion gruesa en minerales que flotan de manera natural, tal como talco, en lo que se denomina concentrado mas grueso, el cual es entonces almacenado. El concentrado de talco mas grueso es alimentado dentro de circuito de flotacion de los minerales valiosos como una alimentacion previamente definida, y como resultado se mejora el control del circuito de flotacion y se reducen substancialmente los costos de reactivos.
