Abstract
Se describe un metodo para optimizar la longitud de un espacio para una abrazadera de tipo abierto con porciones de banda superpuestas, un dispositivo para tensar y un dispositivo con perfiles complementarios en las porciones de la banda de sujecion internas y externas para asegurar una superficie de sujecion interna libre de huecos y continua, de conformidad con la ubicacion del inicio del perfil en las porciones de la banda de sujecion interna en la condicion de acoplamiento de la conexion mecanica y no tensada del dispositivo para tensar se determina como una funcion de la tension necesaria para alcanzar el diametro dmax; ubicando la transicion de la anchura de banda completa hacia el perfil en la porcion de la banda de sujecion interna con el uso de este metodo el ahorro de material de banda de sujecion se puede lograr en la abrazadera fabricada de acuerdo con este metodo.
