Abstract

Exhibidor y metodo para exhibir y calentar productos de masa previamente horneados, tales corno galletas (20), (22), (24), (26), bajo condiciones controladas de secado, incluyendo un recinto (18) que tiene: uno o mas elementos de pared (11), (14), (16) que definen un espacio interior, siendo transparente al menos una porcion de uno de los elementos de pared; una abertura para el acceso dentro del espacio interior; al menos una superficie de soporte (45), (50) para soportar uno o mas productos de masa previamente horneados, que contiene dentro un nivel predeterminado de humedad promedio; y al menos una estructura de montaje asociada con el recinto, para montar y posicionar cada superficie de soporte en una ubicacion accesible para un usuario en el espacio interior del recinto; y una fuente de calor (5) para proporcionar aire calentado en el recinto, donde la superficie de soporte contacta con al menos una porcion de los productos previamente horneados, de modo que esas porciones esten protegidas del contacto directo con el aire calentado, de modo que se controle el secado de la humedad en los productos horneados, para mantener las propiedades organolepticas y/o de textura de los productos esencialmente al mismo nivel de aquellos productos recien horneados, durante un periodo de al menos cerca de 2 horas.
