Abstract

Se exponen en la presente varias configuraciones de valvulas de descarga para recipientes de agua de humectador; entre otras cosas, la presente invencion provee valvulas de descarga simples y economicas que se pueden construir en una pieza, usando un material elastico, tal como hule de silicon; una configuracion incluye un cuerpo de valvula y un tapon con una varilla elastica formada integralmente con el cuerpo de valvula y el tapon, que tiene longitud adecuada para mantener el tapon en posicion cerrada en ausencia de fuerzas externas; otra configuracion usa una barrera flexible que esta formada integralmente con un cuerpo de valvula; la barrera tiene una hendidura a traves de su grosor y es suficientemente elastica para evitar el flujo de liquido a traves de la hendidura bajo el peso del agua que esta dentro del recipiente; de acuerdo con otros aspectos de la invencion, la valvula tiene un miembro flexible que define una base y una pared lateral generalmente cilindrica que tiene por lo menos una abertura a traves de la misma; cuando la base es deformada, por ejemplo por un embolo que se extiende desde un mueble de humectador, se jala la pared lateral desde el collarin de la botella de humectador a fin de permitir el flujo de fluido a traves de la abertura; otra configuracion de valvula incluye un miembro flexible sujetado al recipiente o a una tapa que se sujeta al recipiente; un tapon se extiende a traves de una salida de agua en relacion de obturacion y esta colocado para desplazarse desde la salida, cuando se recibe el recipiente en un mecanismo de humectador.
