Abstract

Un sistema de moldeo por inyeccion, en el cual se moldea un articulo moldeado y un metodo para formar el mismo, que incluye una cavidad de molde que forma el articulo moldeado, en donde la cavidad de molde se define, por lo menos en parte por un alma de molde (12) que a su vez define las paredes interiores del articulo moldeado, un primer inserto (24) que define al menos las paredes laterales exteriores del articulo moldeado, y un segundo inserto (40, 42) que define una pared exterior del cuello del articulo moldeado. Ademas, una placa de cavidad (28) rodea, por lo menos parcialmente, el primer inserto y un reborde de cavidad (30) retiene el primer inserto en la placa de cavidad.
