Abstract

Una fuente de energia de modo de interruptor que puede usarse para un sistema de entrada telefonico (TES) o similares, con un factor de potencia que se acerca a 1.0. Corriente continua rectificada a partir de un rectificador de onda completa es pasada a un par de inductores que estan alternadamente sumiendo y fuenteando corriente, con ello consumiendo una corriente de entrada mas uniforma debido a que la corriente fluye constantemente a traves del rectificador de onda completa a ambos inductores. Un par de FETs, cada uno conectado a un inductor del par de inductores, son alternadamente encendidos y apagados tal que la corriente del inductor de sumidero de corriente sea derivada a tierra. Cuando un inductor esta sumiendo corriente (es decir, a traves de uno de los FETs activos), el otro inductor esta fuenteando corriente para cargar un capacitor de filtro y con ello proveer un voltaje no regulado esencialmente constante. El voltaje no regulado en el capacitor es suministrado a reguladores de corriente que a su vez suministran voltaje regulado. En estado estable, toda la corriente que esta siendo suministrada por el inductor de fuenteo es pasada directamente a y a traves de reguladores de voltaje.
