Abstract

La invencion reduce el tiempo requerido para buscar automaticamente canales en un dispositivo que recibe canales de varios anchos. La invencion propone un proceso de deteccion de canales que lleva a cabo pasadas sucesivas con espaciados de frecuencia que corresponden a los canales de un ancho especifico. Durante cada pasada, solo se buscan los canales que corresponden al ancho especifico. La invencion tambien se refiere a un dispositivo de recepcion de varios canales que comprende los medios requeridos para la operacion del proceso.
