Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a una cinta con semilla para un proceso de germinacion controlada que comprende unidades de germinacion sucesivamente ordenadas (1,1b, 1c). La cinta con semilla se elabora de al menos dos capas de papel (1?? y 1) y esta propuesta para ser usada mientras se colocan de lado. Cada unidad de germinacion incluye una semilla (5), aditivos (6) y un portador (8). Cada unidad de germinacion (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d) se forma como un elemento plano. El eje longitudinal de cada elemento plano se extiende substancialmente transverso a la direccion longitudinal de la cinta. Los aditivos (6) y el portador (8) estan disponibles en la forma de granulados y son colocados en ubicaciones discretas alrededor de la semilla (5), aplicando aire entre la semilla y los aditivos (6) y el portador (8). La semilla, los aditivos y el portador se adhieren a la cara interna de al menos una capa de papel (1??), la cual es permeable al aire. Una tira estrecha (10) de polimero super absorbente, que absorbe agua (PSA) se coloca en la capa adhesiva de al menos una capa de papel (1?? o 1????), la tira se extiende al menos a una orilla de la cinta con semilla y tambien pasa a traves de la semilla (5) o mas alla de la semilla a una distancia corta. La cinta con semilla resultante presenta una estructura muy simple y es en consecuencia, simple para manufacturar, y es particularmente adecuada para proporcionar un microclima humedo controlado alrededor de las semillas durante un proceso de germinacion de dos pasos, el proceso simultaneamente asegura suficiente aire alrededor de las semillas y las radiculas que se desarrollan.
