Abstract

Un aparato de moldeo por inyeccion para partes huecas que comprende primera y segunda estampas que cooperan, cada estampa incluye un primer nucleo macho de estampa y un hueco hembra de estampa; una de las estampas gira alrededor de un eje; en una primera posicion angular de la estampa giratoria, el nucleo macho de estampa de la primera estampa coopera con el hueco hembra de estampa de la segunda estampa y el nucleo macho de estampa de la segunda estampa coopera con el hueco hembra de estampa de la primera estampa, para definir primero y segundo moldes en los cuales se pueden formar mitades de componentes; en una segunda posicion angular de la estampa giratoria, los huecos hembra de estampa respectivos de la primera y la segunda estampas cooperan para formar un tercer molde en el cual las mitades de componente pueden ser unidas; el aparato utiliza un solo inyector diferencialmente controlado para cada etapa.
