Abstract

Se proporciona una red de comunicacion que comprende un dispositivo de un primer tipo (1) al que se le suministra con una fuente de datos que se van a difundir sobre la red y por lo menos un dispositivo de un segundo tipo (2) disenado para recibir tales datos. El proceso de administracion de clave simetrica comprende las siguientes etapas: - el dispositivo fuente (1) determina una primera clave simetrica (Kc) y la transmite de manera segura (E1{PUB2} (Kc)) a por lo menos un dispositivo receptor (2) ; - un dispositivo receptor (2) recibe la primera clave simetrica (Kc), la codifica (E2) con la ayuda de una segunda clave simetrica (Kn), conocida por los dispositivos receptores (2) de la red y la transmite al dispositivo fuente; - el dispositivo fuente (1) recupera la codificacion (E2{Kn} (Kc)) de la primera clave simetrica (Kc) y la almacena. Antes de transmitir los datos (CW) a por lo menos un dispositivo de recepcion (2), el dispositivo fuente (1) codifica (E3) estos datos con la ayuda de la primera clave simetrica (Kc), despues transmite estos datos codificados (E3{Kc} (CW) ) , acompanados por la primera clave simetrica (E2{Kn} (Kc) ) , a por lo menos un dispositivo receptor (2). El dispositivo receptor (2) descifra la primera clave simetrica (Kc) con la ayuda de la segunda clave (Kn) que posee, despues descifra los datos codificados con la ayuda de la primera clave simetrica recuperada de esta manera. La invencion tambien se relaciona con dispositivos para implementar el proceso.
