Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un sistema y metodo de procesamiento de datos para el manejo y presentacion de la informacion derivada de una expresion diferencial de informacion genetica, la cual puede ser usada para modelar una respuesta fisiologica de las celulas biologicas. Se proporciona un mapa representado de datos de las trayectorias metabolicas. El mapa tiene una matriz de regiones y ubicaciones dentro de cada una de las regiones. Las regiones estan definidas mediante las series de coordenadas respectivas. Cada una de las trayectorias metabolicas incluye, en ciertas ubicaciones, representaciones graficas respectivos de una reaccion, un substrato y un producto de la reaccion, y al menos un catalizador biologico de la reaccion. Un mecanismo de asociacion conecta previamente los actos generados de los datos de la secuencia afectada a los identificadores del catalizador biologico, cada uno identificando a uno o mas catalizadores biologicos unicos, y los cuales se conectan a cada un numero de diferentes secuencias de acido nucleico.
