Abstract

La presente invencion se relaciona con un proceso para remover oxidos de nitrogeno a partir de corrientes de gas tales como corrientes de gas de combustion de horno o caldera de utilidad. Un sistema adsorbedor se utiliza para adsorber oxidos de nitrogeno de las corrientes de gas de combustion. Una corriente de gas de oxigeno/ozono hace contacto con los oxidos de nitrogeno para convertir los oxidos de nitrogeno en N2O5 que saldra del adsorbedor con la corriente de oxigeno.
