Abstract

Se proporciona un metodo para simular la reaccion del cliente a estimulo con base en resultados historicos observables de clientes. Las modalidades de la invencion describen una serie de pasos que cuando se toman juntos, alcanzan un resultado de prediccion de la simulacion del cliente de una pluralidad de entradas de fuente sin premisas anteriores de relacion entre entradas y resultados simulados. La invencion comprende una serie de pasos que efectua la construccion del modelo de simulacion a partir del cual se hacen los resultados de prediccion del cliente. Los diversos marcos requeridos para crear el modelo de simulacion preferido incluyen: desarrollo de base de datos del cliente, desarrollo de arquetipos del estimulo, desarrollo de datos de modelo, construccion de modelo, simulacion de reaccion futura del cliente y cursos de accion sugeridos con base en los resultados de la simulacion.
