Abstract

Se presenta un tubo de luz (10) para usarse en un dispositivo electronico. La porcion (12) alargada del tubo de luz recibe la energia infrarroja emitida desde un dispositivo remoto y actua como un conducto de alta efectividad para que la energia IR recibida choque sobre un dispositivo censor, sensible a la energia infrarroja. La porcion (12) del tubo de luz es hueca con una superficie (15) Interna reflectora. La abertura (14) de ingreso de luz de la porcion (12) del tubo de luz esta cubierta con un material (11, 11a) que es esencialmente transparente a la energia infrarroja. El material (11, 11a, 12) y la porcion de tubo de luz estan asegurados juntos para formar un dispositivo unitario.
