Abstract
Se describe un dispositivo de fijado para soportar una pieza de trabajo para procesarse con una maquina de endurecimiento por induccion que incluye un primer sub-ensamble construido y colocado para fijarse a un sub-ensamble de espiral de induccion que se mueve en y hacia afuera de la posicion alrededor de la pieza de trabajo. Un segundo sub-ensamble, virtualmente identico en construccion al primer sub-ensamble, se fija al ensamble de espiral de induccion y los dos sub-ensambles de espacian aparte para enfrentarse uno al otro y para definir entre ellos una region que recibe la pieza de trabajo. Cada uno de los sub-ensambles incluye una escuadra en forma de L con una pata configurada para fijarse al ensamble de espiral de induccion y la otra pata configurada con barras de conexion para fijarse al bloque de soporte. Son tres barras de conexion, dos en forma de horquilla cilindricas y una, la barra de conexion del centro siendo externamente roscada para colocar un bloque de soporte a la escuadra en forma de L. Las dos horquillas cilindricas reciben los resortes en espiral para influenciar al resorte al bloque de soporte. La barra de conexion roscada recibe una tuerca hexagonal para colocar la tension del resorte inicial del bloque de soporte relativo a su movimiento hacia la escuadra en forma de L. La pieza de trabajo puede procesarse por la maquina de endurecimiento por induccion al colocarse entre los centros superior e inferior. El proceso para la utilizacion del dispositivo de fijado es colocar la pieza de trabajo en la maquina en el centro inferior y entonces presionar la porcion superior de la pieza que se trabaja entre los dos bloques de soporte, permitiendo que estos bloques se separen para agregar un espacio para la compresion de los resortes en espiral en cada uno de los sub-ensambles hasta que la pieza de trabajo se alinea de manera apropiada, junto al cual el centro superior se baja en su posicion.
