Abstract
Se proporciona un calentador de agua electrico para el punto de uso con una configuracion unica que le permite ser utilizado selectivamente en (1) una orientacion horizontal montada en la pared o en el techo, (2) una orientacion vertical soportada en el piso o en la pared, o (3) una orientacion vertical invertida soportada en la pared, evitando asi ventajosamente la necesidad previa de manufacturar calentadores de agua configurados de manera diferente para montarse en esas diversas orientaciones de funcionamiento. Se proporcionan mensulas de montaje disenadas especialmente para soportar el calentador de agua en cualquiera de sus orientaciones montadas a la pared o al techo. En una modalidad del calentador de agua se proporciona un calentador de inmersion del tipo de resistencia electrica, de elemento dual con una estructura de control de temperatura integral, a manera ilustrativa en forma de un tubo detector separado que tiene montado funcionalmente en el mismo un par de termistores, cada uno asociado funcionalmente con un elemento diferente de los dos elementos calentadores.
