Abstract

Se describe un sistema de deteccion de fraude para llamadas telefonicas de la PBX. El sistema incluye un servidor de datos de fraude para introducir en la memoria intermedia los registros en detalle de las llamadas, en relacion a las llamadas de entrada al numero 800, y a las llamadas de salida internacionales. Un administrador de umbral se conecta en su entrada a una salida del servidor de datos de fraude, para detectar las cuentas numéricas que exceden los valores del umbral preseleccionado en campos predeterminados de los registros en detalle de las llamadas, y genera una alarma. La salida del administrador de umbral se conecta a una entrada del servidor de datos de fraude, para introducir en la memoria intermedia el incidente de alarma a los registros en detalle de las llamadas respectivas. Se conecta una estacion de trabajo de la computadora al servidor de datos de fraude para recibir los paquetes de registros en detalle de las llamadas en relacion a los datos de alarma, en un formato preseleccionado, filtrado. La estacion de trabajo incluye un monitor para desplegar los datos de alarma en una interfase gráfica.
