Abstract

Se provee un procedimiento para preparar de manera continua aglomerados detergentes de baja densidad, que tienen una densidad de menos de aproximadamente 500 g/l; el procedimiento comprende los pasos de: aglomerar una pasta tensioactiva detergente o precursor ácido líquido de agente tensioactivo anionico y material detergente de partida seco, en un mezclador de alta velocidad para obtener aglomerados detergentes, en donde el material detergente seco de partida incluye una sal inorgánica doble y carbonato de sodio en una relacion en peso de aproximadamente 1:10 a aproximadamente 10:1; y secar los aglomerados detergentes para formar la composicion detergente de baja densidad que tiene una densidad de menos de aproximadamente 600 g/l.
