Abstract
De acuerdo a la presente invencion se proporciona una enzima mananasa purificada obtenida a partir Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. Preferentemente, la mananasa de la invencion tiene un peso molecular cercano a 35,000 cuando es analizado con el método SDS-PAGE y 20,000 cuando es medido por filtracion de gel, un punto isoeléctrico (pl) de cerca de 5.2-5.6, un pH optimo de cerca de 1.8-5.2 y una vida media a 80 degree C de cerca de 45 segundos. En otra modalidad de la invencion, un método se proporciona para la preparacion de una mananasa purificada derivada de Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.
