Abstract

Se provee un procedimiento para preparar aglomerados detergentes de densidad alta con una densidad de por lo menos 250 g/l; el procedimiento incluye los pasos de: (a) aglomerar una pasta acuosa de agente tensioactivo y material detergente seco en un mezclado/densificador para formar así aglomerados detergentes con una densidad de por lo menos aproximadamente 250 g/l; y (b) introducir aire en el mezclado/densificador al mismo tiempo aglomerando la pasta acuosa de agente tensioactivo y el material detergente seco, en donde el aire tiene una humedad relativa debajo de la humedad relativa de equilibrio de los aglomerado detergentes, de modo que el aire absorbe una cantidad menor de agua a partir de la pasta de agente tensioactivo.
