Abstract
La presente invencion suministra novedosos constructores del ADN y métodos para transformar establemente los plastidios de plantas superiores. Los constructores aquí descritos contienen promotores unicos, los cuales son transcritos por tanto las polimerasas de plastidios codificados en forma nuclear como las polimerasas de plastidios codificadas por el plastidio. El uso de los novedosos constructores de al invencion facilita la transformacion de un numero más amplio de especies de plantas y hace posible la expresion específica de tejidos de un ADN transformado en los plastidios de las plantas multicelulares.
