Abstract

Se describen en la presente un aparato devanador de lienzo o trama continua (90) y un método para operar el aparato. Cada mandril (300) se impulsa en una trayectoria cerrada de mandril (320) que puede ser no circular. El aparato cargador de centros (1000) transporta los centros (302) sobre los mandriles (300) durante el movimeinto de los mandriles (300) a lo largo del segmento cargador de centros (322) de la trayectoria cerrada de mandril (320), y el aparato separador de centros (2000) retira cada centro con lienzo enrollado (302, 51) a partir de su mandril respectivo (300) durante le movimiento de mandril (200) a lo largo del segmento separador de centro s (326) de la trayectoria cerrada de mandril (320). La unidad de torreta (200) puede hacerse girar de manera continua y la cuenta de hojas por rollo devanado (51) puede cambiarse amedida que la unidad de torreta (200) se hace girar. El aparato (90) también incluye un mandril (300) que tiene un miembro de acoplamiento de centros (3100).
