Abstract

Un método de alineacion para una capa de alineamiento que incluye las etapas de formacion de una capa de alineamiento hecha de un polímero de alineamientooptico sobre un substrato e irradiacion de luz sobre el substrato teniendo una capa de alineamiento utilizando un medio refractante de luz para refractar a la luz en forma multidireccional. La capa de alineamiento puede ser alineada por irradiacion de luz solo una vez. De esta manera, comparada con el método convencional, el proceso de manufactura es acortado para así mejorar la productividad en la fabricacion de eso.
