Abstract

En dicha formula, U es -(CH2)n; Q es hidroxi; R es la formula (11), en la cual, V, W, Y, Z son cada uno hidrogeno; X es un heterociclo de 5 a 6 miembros; opcionalmente substituido con halogeno, ciano, alquilo, haloalquilo, alcoxi, haloalcoxi, alcoxialquilo, haloalcoxialquilo, o aminocarbonili; y el heterociclo está opcionalmente conectado al anillo fenilo a través de una ligadura -O-, -S-, -(CH2)p, -C(O)-, u -O-(CR3R4)q; R1 y R2 se seleccionan independientemente de fenilo o piridilo substituido con haloalaquilo o haloalcoxi; R3 y R4 se selecciona independientemente de hidrogeno y metilo, n y p son independientemente 1, 2, o 3,; y q es 1 o 2, con la condicion de que por lo menos uno de R1 y R2 esté susbtituido en la posicion para; no más de dos de R3 y R4 son metilo; cada porcion alifática contiene no más de 4 átomos de carbono; halogeno significa bromuro, cloruro o fluoruro; cada heterociclo contiene de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, o 1 o 2 átomos de oxígeno de azufre, o 1 o 2 átomos de nitrogeno y un átomo de oxígeno de azufre.
